Like many other FE institutions, we have faced testing times over the last few years with reduced funding, lower numbers of students in some subjects and challenges to recruit high quality staff. We needed to address this situation and I saw the opportunity to improve our teaching delivery method – focusing on and developing a USP launches its Digital Career College
