Can our entire college become a Career College?

Our current Career Colleges are all focused on specific sectors within a wider FE college. However, we are discussing a ‘whole organisational approach’ with several prospective clients and there is no reason why this is not possible.

Many of our Career Colleges have implemented the ‘approach’ more widely across the college and much of the Trust’s CPD can be used to benefit the whole organisation.
