A Career College is a ‘college within a college’ and does not require a separate principal. However, we would expect a senior leader to be designated as the head of (or leader) of the Career College. Each Career College is required to have an Employer Advisory Board made up of 60% of employer from the specialist sector, who will advise and shape the curriculum offer to ensure it meets industry needs.
