Grant Findlay is a Chartered Civil Engineer with 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. He is Director of Strategy and Innovation for Sir Robert McAlpine, a UK construction and engineering company. He has previously led major projects and construction businesses in the UK and overseas.  Grant is also a Board Member & Trustee of the Lean Construction Institute UK, and is a founding member of the Project Data Analytics Taskforce, which is promoting the power of data to improve project performance.
