Tracey has over thirty years in the education sector across Further Education colleges and Independent Training providers.  She is passionate about employer led education and has extensive experience in employer engagement and apprenticeship provision.

Before working in education, Tracey has a broad experience having worked in sales, banking, retail and IT. Tracey’s passion for further education stems from her own education experience at West Herts college as a 16-18 year old.
